Societies Affiliation Form 2012-13:

For anyone that wants to start up a new society, you need to fill out a Societies Affiliation form: societies_affiliation_12_13.pdf 

Societies Handbook:

Application for funding forms:

If you want to apply for funding from the SU via Societies Federation, you'll need to submit this form 1 week before the Soc Fed Committee meeting: application-for-funding-1213.pdf

Claim form:

If you want to claim back money from your society account or get us to pay someone for you, you'll need to fill out this form, don't forget to also submit receipts/invoices along with it!: claim-form-clubs-societies1213.pdf

Risk Assessment forms:

If you're organising an activity and require a Risk Assessment: blank_risk_assessment_new_1213.pdf

Planning your event breakeven sheet:

Use this document to enter in your predicted income and outgoings to make sure your event will break even (eg. cover its costs).  We usually recommend a 50-60% breakeven figure: Clubs___Socs_Events_Sheet.xls
