I am being harassed The University takes very seriously any allegations of harassment regardless of if they take place within the University or on placement; see the University harassment policy for further details. Harassment is defined as unwelcome and unacceptable behaviour which causes offence or fear to the recipient. The perpetrator may be a fellow student, University employee or someone on your placement and the event may take place on or off University premises. We are able to provide independent; confidential support, we will not push you into a particular course of action but will help you decide on what course of action you wish to take and advise on what steps can be taken to resolve the issue and support you throughout the process. We are also able to assist if an allegation of harassment has been made against you. For further information contact ubsuacademic@brighton.ac.uk
