► Parklife

Parklife is your chance to take part in activities whilst at the University of Brighton, regardless of how serious you want to take it. The main focus for all events is on taking part and having fun. Plus it’s also a fantastic opportunity to meet new people.
Students and staff of all sporting abilities are welcome to take part in any of the activities on offer.

Parklife offers the opportunity to try something new. Through lessons and taster sessions in activities like Dance and Judo or one off competitions in sports like mixed hockey and touch rugby.
You can do a different sport most days of the week by attending drop-in sessions in sports like badminton, volleyball and netball.
Or you can enter a group of friends into one of the many leagues which run each term.
Every effort is made to keep costs as low as possible and many events are even free!

The Parklife programme is also on the lookout for any volunteers who would like to get involved with any coaching or officiating of various events. If you would like to gain some experience or develop you’re CV, then feel free to get in contact.

To register interest in any events or to suggest other sports to try please email: c.l.j.slater@brighton.ac.uk or call: 01273 642871.
