Union Committee Meetings & Minutes
 

The University of Brighton Students’ Union has a governance structure to ensure that there is the potential for as much student involvement as possible in setting the direction and policy of the Union.

Every year we produce a meeting calendar, this details all the committees of the Union (their times, dates and locations) and the University committees that have Union officers and staff in attendance.

All Union members (i.e. normal student members) are entitled to attend Union Committee meetings as observers and with the permission of the chair may also be given speaking rights. Please contact the secretary of the committee in advance to check the date, time and location are still correct and inform him/her that you wish to attend.

The Union represents student interest at a number of University committees these are also included on the meeting schedule. Terms of reference for University committees are available on request from site offices.
