NetBuddies

Got a question?
Got a problem?
Need to chat?

NetBuddies is an online instant messaging tool for all students at Brighton University to have a one-to-one, live chat with a student Wellbeing Buddy. Buddies can listen, have a chat and direct you to services that may be able to help.

Buddies are trained student volunteers and all NetBuddies enquiries are anonymous and confidential. Even if you are logged on through studentcentral we cannot trace your identity, and details of conversations are not recorded in any way.

Due to staff shortages NetBuddies will unfortunately not be open on Monday 21st May.

Please email buddies@brighton.ac.uk with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If we are closed you can email buddies@brighton.ac.uk with any queries or click here for FAQs.

You might notice that the Netbuddies opening times have recently changed. This is because we've listened to what you have to say and adapted the service to make it more useful to you.
